Photoshop Crashes Everytime I Try To Print

I have a user that keeps crashing when using photoshop cc 2020 and 2021. He says it started about 3 days ago and nothing on the computer has really changed. I checked through his recent Windows updates and the last one was 2-3 weeks ago. Originally it was only happening when he pressed print through photoshop, the entire program would crash - Here are the logs from the crash report https://pastebin.com/raw/nL5NKPkJ. I saw something in there regarding his AMD GPU, so I disabled hardware acceleration in Photoshops settings, it did not help. He typically opens these files into PS from a network folder, I tried having him copy the file locally and open from there instead, did not change anything - It does not matter the file type, PNG, PDF, JPEG with a single line drawn, the program still crashes when hitting print.

I saw some suggestions online to clear the preferences, so we did so and after that the program began crashing more often, now it crashes when opening any file (For example, we tried opening a couple PDFs, and it would crash shortly after finishing "Rasterizing Layers")... So I decided to try a re-installation. As a test, I grabbed Photoshop CC 2020 instead of 2021 the first time. The crashing when opening files was gone and the program as a whole felt faster but still as soon as I hit the print key, the program crashes. Uninstalled 2020 and reinstalled 2021, same thing still. Also updated his Radeon GPU to the latest drivers. Another correlated issue, the client also uses Autodesk Revit and prints his projects to a PDF format using the Adobe PDF Print Driver. This also has stopped working at the same time Adobe started having crashing issues - Now it just gives the error "Setting Incompatible with Printer" yet the user says none of the settings are different from what he's always used.

If anyone has any info that will point me in the right direction here, would be greatly appreciated.

Have you deleted and re-added printers? And if you keep having Photoshop issues, try posting on Photoshop Family which is where Adobe folks hang out.

Check if the machine has windows update kb 5000802 and/or kb 5000808. If so, you can open a cmd prompt if you have admin privileges and type:

"wusa /uninstall /kb:5000802"

"wusa /uninstall /kb:5000808"

Windows should be fixing this "soon (tm)" with their own hotfix but it's worth a shot. If the problem persists, something could be corrupted? As the previous reply states, if in doubt, definitely get in contact with the people over at Adobe and their support team if this is truly specific to their software only.

Turns out this was due to our Endpoint protection SentinelOne. Had to add exclusions for all of the paths photoshop uses. Thanks for the help
