Design
The XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro has more shortcut keys than the standard Artist 15.6 tablet.
When you look at these two, the first major difference that you'll notice is that there are more shortcut keys on the XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro version. It also has a Red Dial in addition to its shortcut keys. In total, the Pro version has eight shortcut keys and 1 Red Dial while the standard XP-Pen Artist 15.6 has six shortcut keys. You'll also notice that the screen border of the Pro version is darker than the one on the standard version.
Size-wise, they are pretty much the same. They both have physical dimensions of 17.4 x 11 x 0.5 inches and weigh 3.3 lbs. At the back, they have rubber mats so that they won't slide while in use. They also have screen adjustment buttons and the power button at the right side, along with their USB-C port.
Included with both tablets is a 3-in-1 USB cable. On one end is a USB-C connector and on the other end are 2 USB-A connectors (1 for power, 1 for the pen) and an HDMI connector, for the display.
Display
The screens of the XP-Pen Artist 15.6 and Artist 15.6 Pro are basically the same.

Both are capable of displaying 16.7 million colors and they cover 120% of the sRGB gamut. Out of the box, the colors are not the best, so you'll want to calibrate them to get the most accurate color reproduction. At the side of the tablets are the screen adjustment buttons.
Both screens are laminated and they come with replaceable anti-glare films. The gap between the pen nib and the screen is low enough that you'll have a good experience using them. Of course, it won't feel like you're drawing on actual paper, but for a tablet at their price point, they perform very well.

Even though the XP-Pen Artist 15.6 and 15.6 Pro have different pen models, the difference is almost negligible.

When it comes to included accessories, the XP-Pen Artist comes with a couple more items. It comes with an adjustable stand and an extension cord, both of which are very useful. You won't get these with the standard XP-Pen Artist 15.6.
The adjustable stand that comes with the XP-Pen Artist 15.6 Pro can be adjusted up to 90°, which is great for comfort.
